I had **** in my future pay wallet and I did shopping last month with that card. when I tried ordering this month I noticed my card is unlinked from the future pay app and when I checked with big bazaar they said it's expired. no communications no email and they just started saying we can't help. is this the way they handle their customers?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
