>resident of Visakhapatnam wish to bring to your notice that I am a chit member of Kapil Chits (KOSTA) Private Limited, Dondaparty branch, VISAKHAPATNAM with chit reference number KAG**T**J value of Rs.******/-. I had participated in **th auction month and successful bid for Rs.***,***/-.
> As on date, its been five months and still we have not received any amount from the chit fund company. They are neither lifting our phone calls neither responding to any queries.
> The Kapil chit employees who dealt with this chit are agent Balaraju (**********) and Shoban babu, AGM (mob **********) who are showcasing very irresponsible behaviour ispite of contacting them continuously.
> My husband is facing severe health issues due to this mental torcher and irresponsible behaviour of these employees. There is neither any customer grievance cell nor any higher level person to contact which is a must as per rules of the chit fund act.
> as large Amount of public money is involved and these type of unauthorised way of running the chit funds should not be encouraged.
> Our chit money with interest from bid auction month to till date to be paid and necessary action to be taken against employees for their irresponsible behaviour.
