No help from Customer care so escalating to Nodal office Today I filed a case in NCH on Bharatpe next will file a case in Consumer Court if my money doesn't get refunded for ORDER NUMBER W****** first you send me a defective and used product and now when I scheduled a return THE Pickup EXECUTIVE not accepting the return saying that bhartpe has given me an image of * POS machine to pickup how can I pick up * POS machine and he canceled the pickup just wait for you scammers I will drag you to court for this I have full proof of the pickup guy canceling my order saying that bharpe has sent image for * POS machine to collect and I have only * device is this a joke I ordered only * device and you are sending the pickup guy to collect * device are you guys idiot or what and due to that the return guy canceled my pickup attaching video proof so this is the scam run by bhartpe first you send me a defective and used product and then sending the return guy with * images to collect POS machine you should have sent him * image if i have purchased * POS machine do you even know my social presence i will sue you guys just wait will ruin your company you scammers
