I have received the money from customer on Bharat Swipe Machine. This is *th day after submitting the invoice on their mobile app, still the amount is not credited. LACK OF SYSTEMS/HIERERACHY/GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL/CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Every support staffs on call sing the same rhyme on each call everyday that it will be resolved within **-** hours. I t has been * days now and still no resolution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
