The High Hub in mumbai - Bhagyash Mehta is a Fraud please don t buy any items from his page

I ordered a Brown Gold fossil watch of worth Rs. **** and paid the amount via Paytm. When I received the packet and opened it up then got to know that it was not exactly what I ordered. That was Blue colour fossil watch with different features. I instantly informed him and asked for the refund. Firstly, he said that he will check but later I didn't get and response from his side. I tried to call him many calls and also sent messages but he was not giving a single reply. He checked all messages. Later he said he will replace that watch and told me to courier the received watch but I did not agree on that and again I asked for refund but he denied for refund. Next day after calling him continuosly he said he will call me next day at ** pm so I was waiting for his call but didn't get any call from his side so I again called him in the afternoon but again got a msg that he will call at * pm .. he was just wasting my time but not giving any genuine response. He is a fraud man.. later he blocked me on Instagram, my calling number as well as my WhatsApp number. Guyz please don't buy anything from his page on Instagram.
