Realme telecommunication - BGMI LAG AFTER THEIR SOFTWARE UPDATE

Hello Sir, Realme launched Realme X*... Specially for Gaming purpose...but since android ** Update arrived...only and only Lag is there in gaming...like BGMI and call of Duty....they have introduced very powerful snapdragon ***+ processor...but their software is like hell(shitty)...only and only Lag is there...too much frame drop and all...i have been calling in customer care from last * and half year...but no solution is there... There is no problem in my mobile... because everyone on YouTube also feeling same for realme X*... See video... Before update my phone was running smoothly..but after that all issues started...
Now it's their responsibility to visit me ..i m not gonna visit them...it is **km away from my place
And though I have been through service center man...but no response from technical team...
Please help...
I have complained on consumer help line no response though...
