Subject: Legal Notice for Arbitrary and Unjustified Ban of BGMI Account (ID: **********) and Non-Redressal of Grievance


Dear Sir/Madam,


Under instructions from and on behalf of my client Mr. [Your Name], Username iglassasian, BGMI Account ID **********, I hereby serve you this LEGAL NOTICE as follows:


*. That my client is a genuine and long-term player of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) and has always abided by the Terms of Use, Fair Play Policy, and Community Guidelines prescribed by Krafton India Pvt. Ltd.



*. That on or about **/**/****, my clients BGMI account bearing ID: ********** was suddenly and permanently banned without providing any specific reason, evidence, or prior warning, causing severe mental harassment, loss of reputation, and financial loss.



*. That my client has invested substantial amounts of money in the game through in-app purchases, RP subscriptions, skins, and esports-related participation, which now stands unfairly blocked due to your arbitrary action.

That repeated appeals and grievances were submitted through the official BGMI support system and to the Grievance Officer, however no response or resolution has been provided till date, which is a clear violation of the Consumer Protection Act, **** and Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, ****.



*. That banning a user account without transparent investigation, proof, or reasoned order amounts to:


Deficiency in service


Unfair trade practice


Arbitrary and negligent conduct


Violation of principles of natural justice




*. That esports and online gaming have now become a recognized digital profession, and wrongful bans adversely affect players careers, earnings, and mental well-being.




Therefore, through this Legal Notice, you are hereby called upon to:


a) Immediately revoke/unban BGMI Account ID **********

b) Provide a written explanation with evidence, if any alleged violation exists

c) Restore all in-game purchases, progress, and account privileges

d) Issue a formal apology for the mental harassment caused

e) Establish a transparent and fair grievance redressal mechanism


Take Notice:


If you fail to comply with the above demands within ** days from the receipt of this notice, my client shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against Krafton India Pvt. Ltd. before the Consumer Court, Civil Court, and appropriate Cyber Authorities, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.


This notice is issued to you without prejudice to all other legal rights and remedies available to my client under law.
