toolsupplier.in - Beware of toolsupplier.in !

Attracted by the prices displayed on toolsupplier.in, I am going through a terrible experience, so beware!
On April **th ****, I ordered a Rs*, *** Black & Decker router from the website toolsupplier.in.
I received the package ** days later, and was very unpleasantly surprised by its content for several reasons:
First, the product was very dirty, and several pieces were badly scratched, like it had been lying around in a shop outside of its box for months.
Then, the main pin for adjusting the height of the tool was missing, so it was simply not working.
Finally, * of the * dimensions of collets (bit holder) supposedly included were missing too, so I couldn't anyway have used most of the bits I own.

I wrote to them immediately to complain, and had to send a second email after **h to finally get a reply.
They asked for pictures and detailed information (fair enough), that I sent on the same day.

I was very surprised by their reply the day after, in which they wrote 'First of all *mm and *.*mm collets do not come with machine.'
Instead of admitting the unacceptable state of the product they had sent, they chose to lie.
Fortunately, all I had to do was to copy-paste a screenshot of their own website where it was clearly written twice that these collets were supposed to be included.

After that replied they accepted my request of collecting the product back and refunding it, but without sharing details of how that would happen.
That was * days ago, and since then they did not contact me, not even after I wrote to them again.

I will keep on writing about what is gonna happen (or not happen) next, but what is sure is that the service offered by toolsupplier.in
has been terrible: they sent me a dirty and incomplete product simply not in working conditions without even checking, and as of today, ** days after y payment I still have no working tool to complete my project, and have not been refunded either.

So again, be very careful if you are tempted to buy something on the website toolsupplier.in, as like me you might have to go through a lot of trouble.
I've been using online shopping websites for several years now, and my experience with toolsupplier.in is one of the * worst I ever encountered.
