Parimatch in - Bets not settled from last 30 days and bets money and winning amount is kept on hold

I have made bets in cricket match on ** August ****. And I have won all those bets which I placed. My total bet amount was ***** all together and if I include my winning amount then the total comes nearly ****** including my bet amount.
So till date parimatch has not settled those my bets and end number of times I have approached them through telegram WhatsApp live chat support to clear my issue and the only thing is I am getting in reply is HAVE PATIENCE AND WAIT IT WILL BE RESOLVED SOON.
I want my money back and it's not a small amount. And I am very old client of parimatch still they harrassing me like this and blocked my funds.
Please help me in this .
