I recharged my no. On **th May and the offer said that ** days validity will be available but only ** days validity were provided. I have tried to call them **-** times they keep me on hold for **-** mins to connect to seniors and then disconnect the call. It's not like that ki my call never got connected to senior, they received my call gave me the complaint no. * times but it wasn't resolved. * times they kept me on hold to generate a complaint and kept me on hold for next ** mins and then disconnected my call. * Time a senior executive picked my call but his other phone was ringing out loud and when I said to him that he can silent his other phone, he disconnected my call.
After * complaint no. They still haven't solved my issue.
I am still can't believe as a biggest telecom of this country they are still not able to handle the complaints. I am really distraught with their service.
I am using your platform to raise my voice please don't let me down guys.
It's not about the money but it's about their service they are behaving like cheap little brokers who tell you something and give you something.
Please get this resolved.
