Nestaway Technologies Pvt Ltd - BEING FRAUDLY CHARGED AND SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDED

Dear Nestaway Team,
I am writing for your attention to an urgent matter. I was given an illegal eviction notice of ** days . But As per the Nestaway Notice Period policy effective from *nd October **** because of Covid **, move out from all Nestaway properties is being changed to ** days. As per notice we vacated the property and handed over the house keys on *st March **** to area property manager Mr. Aashif Saifi.
This house is eligible for instant Deposit Refund as you promised guaranteed refund within *- ** business from the day we vacated the property. It has been ** days till now and our security deposit is not refunded yet.
SSR being generated after house inspection where i have been charged wrongly for following things
*. *,*** Rs Charges applied for early move out i stayed in nestaway property approximately * years and even ** days illegal eviction notice was given by nestaway then how you can charge me early moving out charges that i moved out before * months lock in period.
*. Repair and Maintenance Charges I saw the house inspection video where i have been charged for
*. Room Wardrobe repair -*: As we can see in the inspection video everything is in working condition in my room only one handle of the wardrobe is missing and I have been charged *** rs for that. I am willing to pay this amount if you provide the bill for this repair work.
*. **** Rs For Common bath window Repairs: I generated the bathroom window repair ticket when I moved in this house. As it was broken and I have also shared the ticket details with area property manager Mr. Aashif. The ticket no . SC_******** so my humble request to remove these charges.
*. **** Rs. For Notice period Charges From */*/*** to **/**/***: As you can see ** days illegal Eviction notice was given to us my Nestaway as per policy notice period cant be less than ** days. and over this you guys are charging me for that so its my humble request to rectify this mistake and remove those charges.
*. **** Rs. Notice Period Charges from **/*/**** to **/**/**** : Again As you can see ** days illegal Eviction notice was given to us my Nestaway as per policy notice period cant be less than ** days. and over this you guys are charging me for that so its my humble request to rectify this mistake and remove those charges.
*. **** Rs. For Existing Dues/ Refunds- AC_RENT FROM **-**-**** to **-**-****: As you can check my ac rent is included in my monthly house rent and nd we vacated the property as per given notice and handed over the keys to property manager on *st march **** then how can you charge me for ac rent for march month and even as per nestaway policy Ac rent starts from april, so i am requesting you to remove theses charges.
*. *** Rs.For Existing Dues/ Refunds - RENT_MARCH FROM ****-**-** to ****-**-** : As per notice we vacated the property and handed over the keys to area property manager Mr. Aashif you can cross check with him. So I request you to remove these march month charges.
*. *** Rs. For Unpaid Utility Charges: We paid all the bills and dues on time if there is any pending bill, you can share the bill with us and we will pay it. but as per my knowledge we have paid all the utility bills. So please cross check with your team once and if there is any pending bill share with us we will pay otherwise remove these charges.
* **** Rs. For Pending dues till date (Rent +Previous dues) : As per notice we vacated the property on **th March **** and handed over the keys to the area property manager on *st march ****. and i have already paid my Feb month house rent so how can nestaway is charging me wrongly for march month rent as per notice we vacated the property so please remove these charges. As per my knowledge and discussion with the Area property Manager I have already paid all my dues on time. If there is any pending bill please share the bill with me. I will pay otherwise remove these charges.
AS I have already discussed this matter with Area property manager Mr. Aashif and he has assured me he will do his best and rectify these charges but it has been more than ** days and no action has been taken by the company. As per IDR policy COMPANY WAS SUPPOSED TO REFUND MY AMOUNT WITHIN **-** DAYS but they fail to do that and even charging me by unfair means i am requesting you rectify these mistakes and refund my security deposit within * days from today. Otherwise I am bound to take legal Action against the company.
