I have visited Star Bazaar Store in Mira Road East Kanakia Road, Mumbai
We were standing in the que along with my wife and one year old son.
Bill attended denied to take our order when we reached to our number.
I went to Store Manager Mr. Nazir Khot he was also so rude and said we will not take your order & mentioned her timing is over.
He could have take the lead & take our order but denied.
We have wasted almost one hour & had to left without our order.
Very disappointing & disgraceful treatment towards the customer.
We were requesting to consider because we can not again go in different que for long along with my one year old son.
Would want strict action to be taken on the store manager.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
