Metro Inox Kolkata - Behaviour of staff

I have a complaint regarding the behaviour of the staff at Metro Inox, Kolkata. Today,. i.e. the **th of September, **** I went to watch the movie "The Buckingham Murders" at *:**, the staff asked me if i have an online Book to which i replied no, then the staff booked my ticket and asked the method of payment "cash card or online?" to which i replied cash, i bought * tickets one for myself and one for my husband, then he said your amount is ***, but i should be paying *** instead because the ticket was for *** each, i told the same to him to which he replied that there is a compulsory free food voucher with tickets paid with cash which will give us a discount of Rs *** if we purchase any food item, if this was the case he should have informed us before confirming the method of payment. When we told him this he repeatedly kept on saying that we confirmed from you and then booked your tickets in the system which is absolutely wrong because he did not tell us about the offer. During Interval he came inside the movie hall and asked for the message with the code of the voucher when we clearly said no he kept on insisting. He did this thrice interrupting us while were watching the movie, the third time i told him that i will not show the message its an invasion of my privacy then he went away. After sometime another staff came in and refunded the voucher money and asked us to give the voucher code when we exit the hall so that he can cancel it which was completely ok. But just after that the previous staff came in again and asked for the code and number, we told him let the movie end then he went away. Just as the movie ended and we were on the exit he came in again and asked for the same thing and we gave him the voucher code as required. So in total he came in five times to ask for the same thing which was an absolute harrassment for me. If my husband wouldn't have been present there it would've been very harrassing for me or any lady for that matter to face this, this kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable.
