Reliance Smart Point Store Bankura - Behavior of Security Guard at Entry Time

Hi I am a Regular Customer of Reliance Smart Point Store ,Bankura since * months ;Today On ** Oct ,**** in the morning time when i was returning from market with some useful things ,I kept all the things at the baggage center but literally no one is there for helping .This happens regularly but when today i request the Security Guard for see my bag sometimes he behaves like a Shit ,like I have no value . He told me that he is busy with big truck filling details which gives your company big returns. Actually the feeling is we normal people or daily earner who buys *** or *** rs from your store have no value them .I feel very hurt .At least road side vendor gives much respect than your company.
