Jio bp - Behavior of attendance

Sir,
I filled petrol in my car RJ**CJ**** on *.**.**** at **.** hrs invoice id *********** at your Jio Petrol Pump,Sanderao,Teh-sumerpur,authorized code ******, but I have to say with great regret that the behaviour of the person appointed there, Mukesh, was not at all liked by a customer like me who has been filling fuel for the last ** years. When I said that I will complain against you, I was told that complain wherever you want to, it will not make any difference. Should such an expectation be made from your Jio Pump ? If yes, then this is not acceptable to me at all, so please take immediate action in this matter and inform me again. The only matter was that when I asked for information about reward points, I was told that the mobile should not have been told before filling petrol, but neither did the person filling petrol tell me this nor was any such information displayed there.
