Dear Sir, Madam, I am writing regarding my stay in Collection O ***** Shankar Hotel OYO Hotell, which was not satisfactory, due to incorrect information of accommodation and they are charging excessive amount from the guest because price were showing in oyo app was different and the hotel staff was charging some different price. The quality and service of the room is very poor very unhygienic and non- sanitized full of dust torn- off bedsheet , pillow etc. Washroom was also very dirty and i informed the hotel management but they not ready to resolve the issue. And then I initiated a booking cancellation request and move to another place but the authority were not ready to cancel the booking and not ready to give the refund
