However, my actual experience significantly deviated from what was communicated.

The academic offering and institutional support presented during the admission/onboarding stage did not match the actual delivery. This influenced my decision under incomplete and misleading information on their website, and they are an institute having not more than *** students and they take weeks to answer to email (after you paid the money), if it's before do not worry, you are on the priority list.

*) Deficiency in Service
There was a consistent lack of responsiveness and support from the administration. Queries were delayed or not addressed satisfactorily, impacting my academic planning.

*) Lack of Transparency
Important details regarding program structure, expectations, and outcomes were not clearly communicated, leading to confusion and inconvenience.

*) Mental Harassment and Loss
Due to these issues, I experienced significant stress, loss of time, and disruption in academic and professional planning. This situation has also resulted in financial exposure and opportunity cost.
