Despite several follow-ups over almost a month, you are not able to resolve the issue and now I am going to escalate this further. Please find my response to your email:
*) I agree that my subscription is from Qatar. However, as per my subscription, "Before TV" is available. If Before TV is not available in Qatar why you did not mention it while i was taking the subscription (Attaching the screenshot of my active subscription for your reference which indicates that I have access to "Before TV" and nowhere it mention that i have limited access due to country specification) - This is purely unprofessional and you have failed to deliver what you promised.
*) False promise - If the content is not fully available for the Qatar location, then why you did not mention this during the subscription? As per the screenshot which shows my subscription details, i do not see anywhere which says I have restricted content viewing or as per the screenshot I have already paid for the Before TV function and am still not able to get the service.
*) Refer to your colleague's email dated (Aug **, ****) - As per his email, once the registered phone number is changed content viewing should change as per the current location - which is not in my case, which means again a false assurance/promise.
To sum up, all the above point clearly shows you failed to deliver the service as provided, kindly cancel my subscription and refund the amount or change my country subscription to India (To solve the issue) if this solves the issues, or I will be forced to take this to consumer court or further escalate to your higher authorities.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
