Ola Auto pune - Been charged both online and in cash for the same ride

I took a ride from my home to the hospital, I forgot to pay in the duration of the ride, upon reaching my destination I paid on the app using Gpay as it was still showing the option, but then the ola cab driver said as the ride has ended I have to pay him cash which I had to pay for the ride. So I had to pay twice for the same ride.
