Did not receive my package worth Rs.**** ordered (order #****). I wrote them a mail given on the website (bannipatel**@gmail.com) as below but no reply from them:
Hello,
I have placed an order (details attached in screenshot). While placing the order I got the message saying "You will receive the confirmation message shortly" but there is no confirmation message yet from your side.
Please revert.
