Ordered * clothing items online from the Beaut Boutique website on ** August ****. Items arrived (late) on * September. None were suitable so I immediately returned them (didn't even try them on as fabric wasn't suitable). After weeks of waiting I emailed them on ** September. Got an email reply from them the next day asking for a tracking number. I replied that there wasn't one, they replied asking for one again. I waited and emailed them again on * October (no reply). Phone number listed on Facebook is disconnected. I also direct messaged on Instagram and was asked again for a tracking number again. Since then they are ignoring my messages. Please help, it seems it's impossible to get any proper response from them!
