Pure ev epluto - Battery Sudden Discharge issue

I purchased a EV vehicle on **-**-**** and as per company policy, if any issue will be there within * years. Then company will give battery replacement. After purchase, within one year battery had a voltage drop issue. Distributor repaired a battery. But after repair, vehicle now giving only **-**km range in one charge where as, it should give atleast **-***km/charge. I made no. of calls with the distributor and also customer care for the same issue, but they are responding and calling back. Now distributor claiming that they all are removed and company taking care for all technical complaints. When visited the nearest showroom, no one was there except one mechanic. Do not understanding to whom to approach and get the battery replacement as per warranty agreement. Many people who purchased PURE EV vehicles, all are facing the same issues. Request you to help me in this regards.
