I have been a Jawa Perak user for the last * and a half years. From the date of purchase, there were so many complaints and most of the days which is in the showroom for rectifying its complaints. Now the issue is the bike's battery is in dead condition. At the purchasing that I am assured that the battery warranty is * years from the purchased dealership. At the present time the vehicle is in Kottayam Jawa Dealership, they told me that it only has a one year warranty and they can't do anything, if you want to clear the problem then there is only one step that is replace the battery by payment . Totally disappointed by purchasing this type of vehicle. As a customer the Jawa servicing is not for customers happy,they concentrate only on sales ,marketing and profit.
