I have given batter to Pure ev service center in Pune. Krunal is the technician, they took many days and broke my battery case and given to me. Thats the level of great service these Pure Ev Service centers provide .

I got the battery from Hyderabad plant, but after riding **km (charged fully) bike got off and didn't start only, I have reported the same issue to epluto *G showroom in jayanagar they haven't given any replacement ...
