One plus Nord - Battery issue

Dear Sir/Mam,
I have visited your cashify mall road bathinda store which is situated in punjab india.I gave one phone for sale to cashify model no. Real me * pro which they got cutt off for **** ruppess.Then I also have a plan for buying one plus nord.I have bought one plus nord from your store worth rs. *****.when i have transferred my all useful data to one plus nord.After that, I put my jio sim into one plus nord.That is not working in that.Then i go for replacement of sim card. Next day i checked again but it's not working. Then i tried many jio sim cards but not working in that.After that, Your bathinda store's store manager raman sermal asked me that you can please go to one plus store for software updating but why i go to that store because my phone is in warranty. then he said i will replace your one plus nord it will come in *-* days.then ** days are gone. Store manager doesn't checks the new replaced one plus nord when i was check it was defective. That screen is damanged and pasting was tottaly removed then he said new replaced mobile phone will come in *-* days.Then new replaced mobile phone came in * days approx. Then i have checked that mobile phone it is in ok condition. but when i used that new one plus nord. I found an battery issue in that. Like battery is draining only in *-* hours.Then Raman sermal store manager was making fake commitments to me that i will solve your issue.That technician will came i will solve your solution for sure.cashify used my payment for **-** days approx i also want compensation for that.But i haven't got any solution. Yet i have purchased replaced one plus nord on ** september. I found battery issue in that again i also got changed battery from your store. cashify uses local brand battery for my phone. I am getting same issue again I will also attach invoice copy in this.if any solution is not provided and my compensation is not given then i will take strict action.
