I had placed an order for a clothing item from Bassike Clothing (https://bassikclothing.com/) on *st February, ****. Since I had faced issues during the payment, I have * failed transactions and * successful transaction. I have been writing to the Bassike Clothing team enquiring about my payment status and the order status. But I have not received any email from the team except for the automatic order confirmation email. Apart from the email, I had also tried to reach out to the team via their 'Contact' page (https://bassikclothing.com/pages/contact) and an Instagram page, which does not exist anymore. And the online store has also been taken down a couple of days after I raised a complaint with https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/. But even there, my incident gets periodically updated with the same comment - 'No response received from the company'. My order has not been delivered, nor have I received any communication regarding its status, but the amount has been deducted from my account.
