Kotak Mahindra Bank - Banking Harassment

Respectfully I beg to state that I Shri Suvendu Nayak is a new customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank from last three months. My CRN- ********* & Saving Account (Kotak***)No-**********.

*-Sir the said bank Block my account without prior information / intimation on **st Aug ****.In mean time an amount Of Rs.*****.**(Sixty Thousand) return back the person who transfer amount through net banking. I made complain through customer care & net banking but there are no +ve action taken .I also made complain with banking ombudsman. I got a mail from bank that my complain is resolve. But actually they don't do any thing. I made request for activation of account. They insist me to contact branch manager. When I contact the BM he told me to come to the branch. I try to convince & request him that I am out of station for a medical issue ,I need money so activate my account when I will came back I will be in your branch. But he don't listen me. Now I am suffer too lot.

*-The bank also made fraud with me .They take annual ATM charges. They told me that you can use it any where. It works properly for few days. But after some days they block the ATM for use in Point Of Sales transaction without any intimation.
*-Today I came to know my account activated after some time got massage my account balance is zero the debited amount of Rs*****.** towards account closer proceeds.I have not received the same.

Which way they harassing me from last one & half month.

Sir kindly take action & give justice which for I will obliged.
