icici bank - Bank shared my card information and password with third party without my acknowledgement

One assist which is the third party for insurance they called me and asked me to buy there plan. I said yes that time but later decided not to go with the plan and as I have not made any payment so I was not bothered about there plan. I have not shared my card details, password, OTP anything but I got a message from the bank the amount **** deducted from my credit card.
I was surprised as I have not shared any detail or not made any payment so how the money got deducted. I inquired with the bank and they said as while talking with one assist you said yes to them so we had given this money to them. I asked why you people did not think to take acknowledge from the customer while paying to any third party without my permission. They said it's not third party one assist is part of IcIcI which is wrong. I asked why you do not mention on your bank about one assist insurance while it is part of your bank. They cut the phone. Now tell me how I can trust these bank.
