Indiacakes.com - Bank Refund of a cancelled service not made despite multiple requests

Before ordering for a combo deal of cake and flowers to be delivered in Andaman and Nicobar, I asked the customer care representative whether they deliver there and they assured me. I placed the order right away and called them- they said the order will be delivered by **:** pm on the same day. This didn't happen. Next day, when I called them, they claimed it is out of service area so my order was automatically cancelled by them. Since then, I've been asking them for my money back through calls, emails and tweets. I even contacted their CEO but he didn't reply to my mail or tweet. On every phone call, different representatives make excuses but don't offer any solution- they just say the concerned team will get in touch with me, it is not their issue.
