I mobile recharged Rs.*** using SBIyono lite. transaction unsuccessful but amount debited from my account. I immediately went BSNL due to unsuccessful I recharged mobile with cash at BSNL counter with same amount Rs.***/-. Samy day. The bank told me that my transaction successfully with amount Rs.***/-.I paid my cash for Rs.***/-. The bank won't accept my voice.
