Bank of Baroda - Bank does not cancel credit card and take renewal fee

Hi,
I have got BOB credit card on the basis of home loan account.But at that time they did not inform me that they will charge amount for renewal.
when i have got mail for renewal fee,i have requested them to cancel my card,but instead cancel card they put late fee on my name. they told me that they had card temporary blocked.but still fee on my name.i have given **** rs in that process,still they did not cancel card. in that process it give me headache and wasted unneccessary time.
