SBI Yono Lite - Bank debited my amount for mobile recharge but transaction unsuccessful

SBI Yono Lite through i recharged mobile with Rs.***. Amount debited from my account but recharged was unsuccessful. To avoid disconnection I paid my amount of Rs.***/- in cash counter of BSNL on the same day with an hour difference I recharged my mobile. But the SBI not refund my Rs.*** till now. I am struggling to get back my amount of Rs.***.
