Myntra has initiated refund of total amount INR **** successfully on **th Aug, but only INR **** is reflecting in my bank statement.
So, I have sent many reminder emails to ICICI customer care for updating status of balance amount of INR ****. But in every reply they asking for same detail regarding transaction detail. It's a big mentally herrasment to me to send the same detail again & again but received no any update.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
