ICICI Bank Limited - Bank Acount not closed

i am having two different acounts in icici bank tagoretown allahabad(************ & ************). I had gived an application for the closure of my icici bank acount ************* in icici bank ltd of tagore town branch allahabad in **** but despite of giving the closure form my acount was not closed and upon enquiring about why my lpg subsidity is not getting credited to my bank account ************ (as per the assurance given by icici bank staff my previous account ************ was closed). upon enquiring about the case the that why subsidity amount was not getting credited to ************ i came to know that my previous bank account ************ is not closed and hence my lpg subsidity amount was getting credited to the ************ and ultimately debiting the credited amount citing minimum account balance was not maintained. i request to the honourable court to help me regarding getting my refund.
