Avaanse - Bank accounts transfer

I asked my Avanse agent that I want create savings account in another bank rather than hsbc bank and he said you can’t do that you have take only hsbc bank it is impossible it’s our company policy . Later I have observed from we can create any bank which is collaborated with Avanse after I have asked him to change the bank account I want create another bank accounts in another bank and I want to transfer All my fund into it but now they are saying you have to select the bank only intiatily after the disbursements of amount we can’t change bank account they aren’t responding to me in a good way
