ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD - Bank Account settlement

Hello Team,

I want to file a case against ICICI Bank for not co-operating in my husband's account closure or any kind of help with the same.

I have lost my husband five months ago and I, personally visited the branch to inform about the same. For my husband's treatment, his credit card have been used upto *.** lacs and before the bill was generated, I went to settle down dues & close his account.

To settle down his dues, I have asked them to allow me to withdraw the left out money including which I will pay the rest due amount and not interested in keeping his account active any more.

Being a wife & legal nominee of that account, I have been denied to withdraw any money from my husband's account but I can pay the credit card bill. But, without my consent, bank can keep that money.

It's been * months already, I am looking for co-operation from their end, sent multiple mails & called them as well but they will just call me to pay the credit card bill, now the bill amount has been increased to *.** lacs even after auto deducting around **-**k from his account. The bill amount is increasing and money is also getting deducted every month.

Could you please help me in this regard as early as possible.
