We booked our honeymoon trip to Bali through Thrillophilia, specifying our preferences for * or *-star hotels, romantic activities, and personalized experiences. Despite initial communication with Ms. Shikha, once the half payment was made, there was a sudden lack of responsiveness from Thrillophilia.
During the trip, numerous issues arose:
*. Communication Breakdown: After making inquiries about the trip confirmation, there was no response from Ms. Shikha or Mr. Meghanshu Sharma, despite repeated attempts.
*. Itinerary Mismanagement: The itinerary provided did not align with practical timelines, resulting in missed activities and locations due to delays and poor planning.
*. Accommodation Discrepancies: The hotel rooms provided did not match the promised romantic settings and amenities, leading to disappointment.
*. Misinformation and Confusion: Essential elements like the romantic candlelight dinner were not properly arranged or communicated, causing confusion and inconvenience.
*. Lack of Support and Accountability: Throughout the trip, there was a lack of proactive support from Thrillophilia's team, leaving us stranded without solutions to our issues.
*. Embarrassing Situations: Instances like being denied booked services at restaurants due to Thrillophilia's errors led to embarrassment and frustration.
*. Emotional Impact: The entire experience resulted in immense stress and ruined the emotional significance of our honeymoon, causing distress and disappointment for both me and my wife.
Overall, the mismanagement, lack of communication, and failure to deliver on promised services have severely impacted our honeymoon experience. We demand a full refund, including flight tickets, along with a sincere apology for the emotional distress caused by Thrillophilia's negligence and incompetence.
