Airtel DTH - Balance not refunded back

I did rechrge of rs **** on *st September, ****...for my airtel dth.. For one year.. Now after * months only my balance is in negative and my a/c is suspended... I called their customer support several times.. Bt they wer very rude and arrogant.. They are jst giving me different time lines for refund.. And as per new TRAI guidelines i cant make my own pack becoz of low balance.. On top of that instead of refunding my balance for the remaining months airtel customer support is forcing me to do another rechrge of rs. ***.. Dis is harassment to a customer...
