ETech Service - Balance amount not received

I gave a complaint request for my BOSCH Washing Machine on **th Nov **** in Chennai (Ayyappanthangal). And one of their service engineers came and informed that the board was damaged so need to replace that and he collected it on that day. And the engineer did not update the status properly. Always he responded that within * days we might get the new board. But we never get a proper solution from their end. It was continued for more than * weeks. So I was informed to return the board. And He returned it on *th Dec ****.

Before arriving at our home he informed us about the service charges which is ***rs (three hundred rupees). And while checking in my home itself he informed me that the board was damaged and need to buy a new board. So he asked ****rs (thousand rupees) for an advance and I paid it on **th Nov ****. I didn't receive my balance of ***rs (seven hundred rupees) till now.

I asked for my balance amount through the mail, call and remainder in WhatsApp too. But till I did not receive my amount.

And I resolved my machine within a day with the help of the nearest serviceman. So my complaint can be resolved by it in a day. But the ETech Service hold my board for long weeks (From **th Nov **** to *th Dec ****). I only told them to return my board because I did not get a proper response and the status. If I did not request the returning my board then surely they will keep my board till the date without any progress.
