BAJAJ FINSARV CO. - Bajaj Finserv SALARIED FLEXI LOAN Fraud

I had an OD limit of Salaried Flexi loan of ** lakh from Bajaj Finserv last year Dec -** for my emergency needs. but as I did not face any issues so did not withdraw a single amount of rupees from OD Limit.
Recently I tried to close this OD limit as it is showing in my Cibil info and it did not seem it be useful for me.
When I tried to close it Bajaj asked for Foreclosure charges of *. xx % which comes around * lakh for OD limit of ** lakh which I did not use anytime.
While taking the loan I was told I could close anytime without paying any charges and I just have to deposit *** rs which are visible in the app as pending for closing it.
Now they are asking for written proof.
This is a fraud practice for taking money and giving wrong info on start.
