on august month since there was lockdown. I query them regarding the loan pending details with thier moratorium interest charges on each loan ac. They replied me with all the details.Now I cleared all the loans in previous month anly. In that loan amount rs ***** i had paid *** as interest and finished my loan on oct only...another loan amount of rs **** with *** as interest charges.I even cleared that on oct month..this month they charged illegally *** and *** amount from my account. I am mentally disturbed by this and they are not refunding my amount. before too many times they deucted my amount but i followed them wvery now and then untill they finally refunded...i am takind medications because mentally disturbed by them aa well I have loss of money on this...i want them to refund, compensate and apology from them..I want these people never do this to anyone in situations like these...its our hard earned money.why do they loot openly..kindly so something
