I purchased a pair of shoes from an Instagram-based seller @streetsole.boutiques after being shown a specific product and being assured that the same item would be delivered. The transaction was completed via WhatsApp communication and payment was made through googlepay on ** March
However, upon delivery, I received a completely different and inferior quality product. When I raised a complaint, the seller acknowledged the issue and agreed to an exchange, explicitly promising to send the originally advertised product.
Despite this assurance, the seller again delivered a product of even lower quality during the exchange. Following this, the seller has blocked me on Instagram and is not responding to any further communication via WhatsApp or calls.
This clearly constitutes deliberate misrepresentation, unfair trade practice, deficiency in service, and cheating. The seller intentionally induced payment by showing a different product and failed to honor commitments even after acknowledging the fault.
No invoice or formal order details were provided, as the entire transaction was conducted through Instagram and WhatsApp.
I request immediate refund of ₹**** and strict action against the seller to prevent such fraudulent practices and protect other consumer
