Gati Agencies Private Limited - Baggage not delivered missing

This is complaint about Gati Packers and Movers.
I had shipped my luggage using their packing and moving services from Kolkata to Hyderabad.
They picked up my luggage containing * bags on **st August ****, giving docket copy and assuring to deliver it by *th Sep ****. I got my luggage on *th Sep with one bag missing in it. I immediately logged a complaint in Gati customer service. Later after following up with Executive I got to know my bag because of some exchange it reached to Indore, executive informed and assured that they are sending it from Indore to Hyderabad and it will reach by me on **th sep ****. I waited till the time and enquired about same on **th, one of there executive handling my case is very arrogant and she has no customer dealing skills. I was the one kept on following with her, later after some days I got update that sticked in Pune, later she told that it went to Noida also.

Then I visited Gati's Hyderabad office on *st Oct **** where I got to know that my baggage is in Hyderabad location since **th September ****. They told me they will be tracing it and will deliver it to me. Later after so many followups and waits they at end confirmed that bag cannot be traced and I shall opt for claim.

Now when I tried to resume the claim process the executive is giving all shitty reasons possible. in docket slip it's no where marked that shipment loss is at shipper's risk. They are trying to do fraud by explaining all waste policies of theirs. They are saying they will give me damage certificate what will I do with that. I was having all my expensive clothes and other things in that bag of mine. And if I call them for claim that executive says do where ever you want to do complaint. Is this the way of handling customers. I have all the phone recordings of till date communication how they deal with customers very arrogantly.
