To the Concerned department,
On our journey from Delhi to Bangalore(Me and my Mom) **th March we lost * of our baggage on our way to boarding due to the irresponsibility and inadequate handling by Air india delhi staff. In spite of calling numerous times none of Air india staff members have told where the baggage is. I am attaching the picture of the baggage FYR. and for calling * times the delhi boarding staff was very rude to me.
filed a PIR in bangalore airport and then Called number of times and nobody is even picking the calls and if they pick that aren't being informative.
On last Saturday I got a call from, the Bangalore airport saying our baggage are gonna be sent at **.** flight from delhi (Contact no **********) later around *.**pm we called the delhi person (Contact no **********) and she told us that the baggage is still there. why is this happening, Air india staffs are so irresponsible and seriously stupid.
Because of their irresponsible staff we are suffering here and calling out of concern, nobody is replying and upon that Air india staff say we'll call you back in ** mins and nobody calls, and when i call the same number they either disconnected or they don't pick the call. I have never come across such USELESS AND TERRIBLE Working staff. such unprofessional staff Air india people are handling .
if Air india delhi terminal * boarding staff hadn't put any baggage tag, how the hell would she find my number to contact saying your baggage is here at the boarding counter?????? it's been * days for the issue and we haven't received any response from Air india staff's end, now we have no clue where our bags are.
If we miss any valuable things airinida should take over the responsibility
For namesake they have given us the contact number and nobody is even responding, the numbers are ***********, **********, **********, **********.

Kindly circulate it to the concerned area and send it across. Please note we have also registered a written complaint (PIR) at Bangalore airport baggage services department. Today (**rd march) called again and the staffs have started disconnecting the calls, both bangalore Ashwell as delhi staffs.
