Our One Luggage for Flight *E ***, from Bangalore To Kolkata was held back at Bangalore Airport for no reason.. There was a shaving kit inside, and for that it wasn't sent. It should have been informed at Bangalore Airport itself.. The Baggage contained medicines for health related as well. Our home is more than * hours drive from Kolkata Airport.. Now, who will bear this harassment and travel expenditure.. As well the Kolkata Airport Authorities misbehaved as if fault is ours.. Is this the way a customer is treated, than how we gonna trust and travel in Airlines from Next time, As, we travel more often.. Hoping for a positive resolution.
