Personal belongings were packed - Baggage handling

We were travelling on June *st flight UK*** from Srinagar to Delhi. We were supposed to catch the flight UK *** from Delhi to Bangalore. We got our through baggage from Srinagar to Bangalore. But the flight UK *** was delayed by * minutes and the ground staff said the gates were closed and they organised us to go in Air India ***. They also promised that they try to put our baggage in AI *** but if not the next flight AI *** which was departing ** minutes at *.** p.m.
But here we waited for our baggage in Bangalore airport but it didn't arrived. Upon enquiry they were mentioning that they were sending in AI *** which is arriving in Bangalore at **.p.m. we were supposed to continue our journey to Mysore which is another * hours drive.
Air India or Air Vistara staff handled this situation very badly. We checked with them about our baggage arrival. But they promised like anything. We asked for the baggage tag. But they simply wrote it on our original tag. I am utterly disappointed by your staff handling this situation in Delhi and as well as in Bangalore. We are now totally stranded in Bangalore airport waiting n the night for our luggage. I want my refund for our tickets. I am expecting someone to contact mme
