Travel date: ** August **** From Mumbai to Ahmedabad Flight Number G****, Booking ID: F*P*MS.
When I collected my bag from the conveyor belt, I found both bags are damages, one was "ripped and torn & another hard case bag was complete broken".
I approached on airport ground staff of GO AIR, and they ensure me in writing that they will deliver the new bag to my registered address within * week. But when I approach their support team they offered me INR ****/- as compensation for which I already decline. After that, I tried to approach the GOAIR Local Ahmedabad team, Nodal Officer, Social Media team but still, there is not much update or solution came out till now.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
