ഞാന് **.**.**** തിയതിയില് HABIT CITY CENTRE, ANGAMALY എന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തില് നിന്നും വാങ്ങിയ VS CREATION എന്ന ബ്രാന്റിലുള്ള ബാഗ് * ദിവസത്തിനകം ഉപയോഗിക്കാന് പറ്റാത്ത വിധം കീറി നശിച്ചു. ആയത് പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനായി ബാഗ് നേരിട്ട് കടയില് നല്കിയെങ്കിലും കൃത്യമായി ശരിയാക്കാതെ തിരികെ തന്നു. ആയതിന് ശേഷവും ബാഗിന്റെ ഭാഗങ്ങള് കീറി നശിക്കുന്നു. ടി സ്ഥാപനത്തിന് രജിസ്ട്രേഡ് കത്ത് നല്കിയെങ്കിലും മറുപടിയോ നടപടിയോ ഉണ്ടായില്ല. (ടി സ്ഥാപനത്തില് നിന്നും മറുപടി ലഭിക്കാതിരുന്നതിനാല് ഞാന് മറ്റൊരു കടയില് നിന്നും പുതിയ ബാഗ് വാങ്ങി).തുടര്ന്ന് **.**.**** തിയതിയില് അങ്ങയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ പരാതി സമര്പ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു.
