Rupal Rawat filed complaint against BB Daily on Apr 22, 2019
On **th March ****, BB Daily team came to our society for advertising their new schemes and products. They told us about the offer of Rs **** recharge. In this offer, they provide ** days free milk and a bag worth Rs *** and we can purchase as many items for our day to day needs using that **** Rs. We have recharged with RS **** on the same day then they delivered the free milk for the next ** days but didn't deliver the bag yet. It's about a month, after calling their customer care for so many times they still not considering our problem and also to not keep their promise for the delivery of free bag worth Rs ***.
We are very frustrated now to call them so many times and still not getting the product from their side.
