Sky bag - Bag damaged

I traveled on **/**/**, pune to delhi at **:** and connecting flight to delhi to jammu , my bag wheels were damaged, i didnt raise complaints as i was in a rush, next day on **/**/**, took the flight jammu-delhi, delhi-pune this time, my bag handles were pulled out, i lodged a complaint at airport, the authorised person took pictures, called his seniors, and promised me to get back on same with some vouchers, took my email id, phone number.
All this was done to me to calm me down, no msg no calls no amout is refunded to me. Now i will post all this on social media.
